I can’t find the app on my iPhone
It is on the App Store, for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. One purchase covers all devices on your Apple Account.
The app is empty after setup
WebIPTV comes with no content of its own. It needs an Xtream account or an M3U playlist from a provider you already have. Add it under Settings → IPTV provider, then pick what belongs in your library under “Manage content”.
The guide is empty
Program data comes from your provider’s EPG or from an XMLTV source you add. It arrives with the first sync and refreshes on its own; on a fresh install you can watch the guide fill in over the first few minutes. Pull the list down to refresh right away.
A movie or channel is missing
Search covers your provider’s whole catalog, including the parts you have not switched on — and anything you play is added to your library. If it is missing from search as well, your provider does not carry it.
Playback
A channel stutters or drops out
Most provider accounts allow only a limited number of simultaneous connections — often exactly one. A second stream (another device, another family member) makes the server drop one of the two. Settings → IPTV provider shows how many connections your account allows and how many are in use.
Nothing plays at all
Check your provider’s status and expiration date under Settings → IPTV provider. An expired or suspended account answers every request with an error, and the app can only report that, not fix it.
Purchase & subscription
Does my purchase cover all my devices?
Yes. One purchase or subscription covers iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, as long as every device is signed in to the same Apple Account. You never have to buy anything twice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You can cancel there at any time; the app can’t do it for you.
I already bought the app — why is it still asking me to pay?
Tap “Restore purchases” on the purchase screen. You have to be signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If the app finds nothing, it now says so plainly — at that point, check which account is active under Settings → App Store.
